The question I get asked the most is, “What is it about Latin America and the Caribbean that you love so much?” For me, certain countries and regions just speak to me, and Latin America and the Caribbean have always been my favorite. Spanning 33 countries and over 7,000 islands, this region is a melting pot of cultures and languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, English, and various indigenous tongues.
From its picturesque beaches and verdant landscapes to the vivacious culture, friendly people, lively festivals, and ambrosial cuisines, there are countless reasons to fall in love with this part of the world. The region is rich in history and offers some of the most stunning biodiversity and wildlife experiences imaginable. For me, it’s the constant chase for summer, the peace I find by the water, and the desire to be surrounded by nature’s beauty—making it a destination that always feels like home.
